This forward-bending Stretch feels great after a backward bending posture like the bridge. As you move your knees in and out, picture the bellows of an accordion being pushed in and pulled out.
1. Starting position; Lie on your back with your legs staright.
2. breaeth in.
3. As you breathe out, bring both knees toward your chest.
4. As you breathe in, pull your knees away from you until your elbows straighten.
5. As you breathe out, draw your knees toward your chest, closer then before, curling your tslibone up from the floor.
6. Continue to pull your knees away and draw them in five more times,with the breath.

 

How it's good for you
Stretches the lower bak. Aids digestion and elimination.

Caution
