1. Starting position; Lie on your back with your legs staright.
2. breaeth in.
3. As you breathe out, bring both knees toward your chest.
4. As you breathe in, pull your knees away from you until your elbows straighten.
5. As you breathe out, draw your knees toward your chest, closer then before, curling your tslibone up from the floor.
6. Continue to pull your knees away and draw them in five more times,with the breath.
